We look out for each other at Pelt8. Among other things, employees get a day off when they are moving house, we are flexible for employees with children and pets, and all staff get Duolingo membership to learn a new language.

Initially I joined up with Pelt8 as I couldn't resist the opportunity to build something up from scratch. What makes me want to stay and commit is the strength and synergy of our team, and the momentum we've been able to build together.

Initially I joined up with Pelt8 as I couldn't resist the opportunity to build something up from scratch. What makes me want to stay and commit is the strength and synergy of our team, and the momentum we've been able to build together.
Our ambitions
We are still in the second year of operations which means we only have one financial closing. For the second closing we will create a sustainability report and moving forward, we will track it on a more regular basis, using our tool to make the process seamless.
By the end of 2024 we will have set our specific sustainability goals for the future as part of our participation in the Swiss Triple Impact programme. And for now, we are…
Dreaming of becoming a B-Corp and are excitedly continuing to work towards this.
Planning more ways to increase our impact by informing and engaging wider and broader clients and audiences on sustainability reporting through events and the next Swiss Climate Reporting forum.
Finding more ways to reduce our operating impacts on sustainability, and continuing to be a company that respects its employees, its clients and the planet.

I truly believe in an holistic approach to sustainability - so, sustainability as an operating system. I also think that you need to be able to measure what you want to manage, so a system needs to be in place to quantify data for companies to measure non-financial activities. That is where Pelt8 comes in.
